Alchemy meetings this weekend

I know you have probably seen this a million times now, but there are still people asking me about it and for the address.  I am posting here because there may be some of you that are on this list that have not yet signed up at http://groups.yahoo.com/group/alchemytalk/.

We are having meetings regarding Alchemy this weekend.  If you are in the Atlanta (or Georgia, or hell, if you just want to come!) area, and you're interested,
the address is:  105 River Creek Dr., Woodstock, GA 30188

APRIL 19- 3 Meetings and a Potluck

  • 1pm- Team Lead Meeting with Show and Tell- Team Leads will be bringing something to show the progress their teams have made.
  • 3pm- Board Meeting- Open to attendance by everyone who is interested in listening to the meeting.
  • 5pm- Art Team Meeting- The fund raiser planning continues- come and be involved.
  • 6pm- Potluck- play time!!!!

Anyone familiar with the fable of "Stone Soup?" As an exercise in coming together and community building, I would like to propose that we create a "Stone Soup" together this weekend...anyone got a big pot and a propane burner...like for frying turkeys? Alchemy Temple 2008 Project

The team so far includes Amsterdam, Unga, Clove, Erika, Rebecca, SClibertine, and myself (Siryn).
